Meet Eric Ollila

Eric Ollila is a strategist, builder, and turnaround leader who has spent more than two decades creating impact across business, nonprofit, and ministry sectors. Known for combining sharp strategic insight with a deep ability to read people and situations, Eric helps leaders cut through noise, see the real issues, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

From 2002 to 2010, Eric served in diverse ministry roles including Bible worker, evangelist, church planter, colporteur, chaplain, and pastor—experiences that developed his skill in inspiring people, mobilizing teams, and navigating complex human dynamics.

In 2010, he became pastor of the St. John’s Church in Newfoundland, where his messages reached millions through VOAR Radio, Lighthouse FM, and national satellite broadcasting via Bell ExpressVu. For eight years, his clear, compelling communication and ability to connect with audiences shaped communities across Canada and beyond.

Since then, Eric has expanded his leadership into the corporate and organizational arena, bringing the same clarity, conviction, and results-driven approach to CEOs, executives, and mission-driven organizations. Over his career, he has:

• Founded or co-founded nine organizations in the U.S. and Canada, spanning corporations, ministries, and nonprofits.
• Led enterprise-wide IT and communication transformations for multi-site organizations with thousands of members and hundreds of employees.
• Produced large-scale virtual and in-person events that reached tens of thousands.
• Guided leaders through crisis management, culture change, and organizational restructuring—always with a focus on sustainable results.
